When can a product be returned:

Merchy.ma offers you the possibility to return the product or products received, within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be sealed and returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Steps to request a product return:

You can request to return your product by contacting our customer service.

1. Call customer service at 06 52 62 49 96

2. Request a return of your products by specifying your order number, item code and reason for the return.

3. Attach the return form to your package.

4. We will send a shipping agent to pick up the package you want to return to the address you chose within 24-48 hours.

There are no additional costs when you want to return a product.

Payment deadline:

From the date of receiving your return package, your refund will be processed by the Merchy.ma team within 7 working days.
